Fixes & Improvements
More NIOSH-approved respirators are now available in the product catalog.
Additional NIOSH-approved respirators are now in the product catalog, including surgical N95 filtering facepieces from more manufacturers and private labels. If a respirator your team fit-tests wasn't on the list before, it may be there now.
Respirators not in the System catalog can still be added as Custom products at any time. To suggest one for the shared System catalog, submit a request through the Immuware Support Portal.
A smoother sign-in and password experience.
Three improvements to the sign-in and password screens. If you're prompted to change your password at sign-in, you'll go straight to the reset form. If you submit that form before entering a password, you'll see a clear prompt on the form. And if your session has expired when you select single sign-on, you'll be returned to the sign-in screen with a short explanation.
Appointment types now appear for every location.
Booking an appointment now works consistently across all your locations. After you select a person for an open calendar slot, the Appointment Type list shows the types configured for that location, so you can complete the booking without interruption.
Trigger notifications now reach your additional recipients, even when the personnel has no email address.
Trigger notifications set to Send to Additional Recipients Only now send reliably, whether or not the personnel on the record has an email address on file. This covers any trigger using an employee, supervisor, or recruiter email action, on any record type.
Change History opens reliably.
Selecting View Change History on a record now opens it every time, so you can see a record's full history whenever you need it, without refreshing the page.
Tuberculosis status details stay protected on reports and exports.
The Show Tuberculosis Status Details permission now applies consistently across reports and the Cost Report export. Users without the permission no longer see the Status Details column or filter on your Tuberculosis record types, and users who already have the permission will see no change.
