Immuware Support Portal - First Time Here

The first time you visit our Help Center, you must create an account in order to access our content. 

1. Sign in

Click Sign in in the upper right portion of the screen.

2. Sign up

Click Sign up at the bottom portion of the screen.

3. Enter your information

1. Enter your full name.
2. Enter the email address you use with Immuware.
3. Click Sign up.
4. You will receive a message that an Activation Link has been sent to the email you provided.

4. Email Confirmation

• Check your email for the User Activation email
• If you did not receive the activation email, please check your spam folder for emails from support@immuware.com. 
• Click the Set Your Password link to create your password and sign in

5. Welcome to the Support Portal!

You can now browse helpful how-to articles, submit a support request ticket, or check the status of your existing tickets.
