Welcome to the new Immuware Support Portal!
The first time you visit our new support page, you will need to create an account.
Step 1 - Click Sign in
Click Sign in in the upper right portion of the screen.
Step 2 - Click Sign up
Click Sign up at the bottom portion of the screen.
Step 3 - Enter your information
1. Enter your Full Name
2. Enter the Email Address you use with Immuware
3. Click Sign up
5. You will receive a message that an Activation Link has been sent to the email you provided.
Step 4 - Email Confirmation
1. Check your email for the User Activation email
- If you did not receive the activation email, please check your spam folder for emails from firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Click the Set Your Password link to create your password and sign in

You can browse helpful how-to articles, submit a support request ticket, or check the status of your existing tickets.
