To access the Help Center, create an account by clicking "Sign in" then "Sign up." Enter your full name and Immuware email, then click "Sign up." Confirm via the activation email and set your password. Once logged in, you can browse articles, submit support tickets, or check ticket status. For issues, email support@immuware.com.
Accessing the Help Center
The first time you visit our Help Center, you must create an account to access our content.
1. Sign in
Click Sign in in the upper right portion of the screen.
2. Sign up
Click Sign up at the bottom portion of the screen.
3. Enter your information
- Enter your full name.
- Enter the email address you use with Immuware.
- Click Sign up.
- You will receive a message that an Activation Link has been sent to the email you provided.
4. Email Confirmation
- Check your email for the User Activation email
- If you did not receive the activation email, please check your spam folder for emails from support@immuware.com.
- Click the Set Your Password link to create your password and sign in
5. Welcome to the Support Portal!
You can now browse helpful how-to articles, submit a support request ticket, or check the status of your existing tickets.
Troubleshooting
If you do not receive the Activation Email or are otherwise unable to log in, please send an email to support@immuware.com.
